Terms of Service

By accessing or using TrapFlip ("the Service") at trapflip.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TrapFlip is a browser-based audio utility that allows music producers to reverse, trim, preview, and export audio samples entirely within their browser. All audio processing is performed locally using the Web Audio API. No audio files are transmitted to TrapFlip's servers.

You are solely responsible for the audio content you process using TrapFlip. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to use, modify, and export any audio file you upload or process.
• You will not use TrapFlip to process audio that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• You will not use TrapFlip for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• You are at least 13 years of age.

TrapFlip does not store, transmit, or have access to your audio files. All processing is local to your device. However, you remain responsible for ensuring that any audio you process complies with applicable copyright law.

Producer Tags: You retain all rights to your producer tags. By uploading a tag, you confirm it is your original work or that you have the rights to use it. TrapFlip does not access, store, or share your producer tags. All tag processing occurs locally in your browser.

Your Creations: We claim no intellectual property over the beats or audio you process. The output is 100% yours. TrapFlip does not acquire any license, right, or interest in the audio files you create using the Service.

AI Training Opt-Out: We do not train generative AI models on user content. If this policy changes, we will provide clear notice and an opt-out mechanism before any such training begins.

Because TrapFlip processes all audio locally in your browser and does not transmit audio to our servers, we have no technical capability to use your audio for model training under the current architecture.

TrapFlip offers a free tier and a Pro subscription tier. Pro subscriptions are billed at $12/month or $99/year. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law.

The free tier is limited to 5 flips per day. TrapFlip reserves the right to modify free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

TrapFlip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrapFlip and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of audio data, loss of revenue, or loss of business.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of TrapFlip after a change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrapFlip operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
